Loyalty Rewards Program
We value customer loyalty so to show our appreciation, we have created a Loyalty Rewards Program.
When you receive your Rewards Card, make sure you activate it. We’ll then add it to your file so you can begin collecting points. The points you earn are redeemable for $ off your Retail/Take Home purchases.

At CRC we understand that your time is very valuable and we hope you appreciate ours is as well.
~We request and appreciate a minimum of 24 hours cancellation/rescheduling notice~
A late arrival to your appointment may mean either rescheduling your appointment for another time, or limiting the time of your service so our next guest is able to start at their scheduled time.
You may be charged for a portion of, or all of, your appointment that was missed.
If a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice is not provided, you may be charged for the appointment. The charge is determined by how much time was booked out for your service and if we are able to fill the appointment on short notice.
‘No Shows’ will be charged the full amount of the service that was booked.
We understand and respect that “life” happens – however after 2 ‘no shows’ we will require full pre-payment of any booked service to hold the appointment space.
Wedding parties or groups of 3 or more will be required to leave a credit card # on file to book the appointments. For these larger blocks of time booked out in our schedule we request and appreciate at least 72 hours notice of cancellation. Late cancellations will be charged for a portion of the appointments booked & ‘no shows’ will be charged the full amount of the services booked.
